All accounts come with a 14-day free trial. You may activate your account at any time during the trial period. If you activate prior to the end of the trial, you will be billed immediately and your trial will end.
Is the trial really free?
Yes and no. The trial is 100% free with the exception of add-on options. You get all the features of the Pro plan, and no credit card required during the trial. If you need to access the Premium options, let your customer success rep know and they will bump up your plan at no cost during the trial. If you want to try the add-on options, you will need to let your customer success rep know, they will invoice you and then provide access to the option(s). Your card will NOT be charged for a subscription unless you manually subscribe to a plan.
What types of payment will you accept?
We will accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. At this time, we will not accept payments via invoices, checks, Paypal, cryptocurrency, or cash (well maybe cash).
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade to a higher plan, you will be billed immediately for a prorated amount. If you downgrade your plan, you will be downgraded immediately, however, there is no refund for the difference between the plans.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. karmaCRM is a monthly or yearly service and there are no long-term contracts or commitments required. You simply pay month-to-month or year-to-year. You may cancel at any time, however, no refunds will be provided, should you cancel in the middle of your subscription period.

Is my data secure?
Our hardware is protected with biometric authentication, key card access, and 24/7 video surveillance. Our software and hardware is updated regularly with the latest security patches.
