Shirley found her passion for technology at a young age. After receiving her first computer as a gift at the age of eight, she quickly began troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware and software on her own. She has always been constantly in search of innovative solutions. Even at her first job with the Arkansas Highway Department, where her job was to scan books into Word documents, she upped the ante and took it upon herself to develop a database that catalogued every single book and made them instantly accessible to the entire Research and Development Department. Next, she took on a role at an auto auction where she maintained the entire company’s server and network system. Today, Shirley is the Customer Advocate at karmaCRM and karmaSpeaker where she has spent the last eight years helping users find ways to drive sales and increase their revenues.
